Eligibility for Returns

- You may return items purchased from www.noteorious.co.uk within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

- Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

- Perishable goods

- Personalised or custom-made items/orders

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact hello@noteorious.co.uk to start the returns process.

Ship the item(s) back to us following the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
